In the Atlantic 10 (A10) Conference Championships at Rhode Island’s Mackal Fieldhouse, the Fordham Rams saw their men’s and women’s indoor track teams both finish outside the top five, with the men taking sixth and the women ending up tenth of the twelve participating schools.

In the last game of the 2012 season, Koonce piled up 232 rushing yards on 33 carries, and in the process shattered the school’s nine-year-old single-season rushing record. Koonce’s 1,596 yards now stand as the most in school history.

In a game that was close as late as the third quarter, with the Rams trailing 20-12 after an 82-yard touchdown pass, Fordham could not capitalize on several opportunities, falling to the Lehigh Mountain Hawks 32-14.
