From The Observer’s first issue in 1981 to our 15 issues in the past year, the paper has grown to new heights. See how far we’ve come from our small, 11 members E-Board to our modern 14 section paper by taking a look back at our history in numbers.
Mateo Solis Prada, FCLC ’22, is an editor for the multimedia section and a visual arts major. When he is not working on projects for The Observer, he can be found taking photographs around the city, or in the kitchen making carbonara and listening to soul music.
Alexa Stegmuller (she/her), FCLC ’24, is the former creative director at The Observer. She is majoring in communications and double-minoring in fashion studies and marketing. When she’s not being an iPad kid in Adobe Suite, you can find her romanticizing the streets of SoHo while listening to Taylor Swift, specifically, “Red (Taylor’s Version).”
