Fordham College at Lincoln Center (FCLC)’s dining services will be undergoing various changes over the course of winter break, according to a university-wide email sent by Fordham Hospitality Services today. Included in the announced changes were:

  • A renovated salad station
  • An expanded deli station including panini
  • The new Energy Kitchen will be open, serving a selection of “healthy menus.”

To make these renovations, the Ram Café and Red Mango will close on Dec. 21 and reopen on Monday, Jan. 14. According to Brian Poteat, general manager of Sodexo at all Fordham campuses, the Faculty Dining Room will be open to all FCLC community members during the renovations when the university reopens on Jan. 2. The Faculty Dining Room will open 8 a.m. -5 p.m. on weekdays. In addition, the Simply To Go kiosk in the Lowenstein Lobby will be open from 11 a.m.- 5 p.m. during the renovations.
