Lights in the Robert Moses Plaza were shut off for a candle light vigil on the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 18, in honor of the victims lost in the recent terrorist attacks in Paris, Beirut and Baghdad.

Around 150 students and administrators gathered in the plaza, to honor the victims. Event organizers Hend Edmadboly and Areeg Abdelhamid, Fordham College Lincoln Center (FCLC) ’18, moderated the hour-long event and introduced speakers, among which was Andrew Clark, professor of modern languages and literatures, who was in the French capital on Friday, at the time of the attacks.
