The president of Fordham University, Fr. Joseph McShane, SJ, met with American actor Stanley Tucci late last month on the Rose Hill campus. Tucci is part of the cast of the upcoming movie “Blue Angel,” filming on the Bronx campus.

“He scored some Fordham swag,” the university’s official facebook account reported on Wednesday, Sept. 30.  Tucci’s long list of credits includes the “Hunger Games” trilogy, “The Devil Wears Prada” and “The Lovely Bones.”

The university’s Bronx campus is known for serving as a location for numerous famous movie scenes, including the scene of the Pentagon’s bunker in “A Beautiful Mind,” when John Forbes Nash tries to a decipher a code.
