The Superflous-ness of Language, or What did the Words on the Subway Wall Change?

Everything said should not be heard

For herds tend to follow everything said;

Famous Last Words tell us only of death

And everything said, from beginning to end,

Will not prevent man from encountering death.

Life conceived in language-less passion, and

No comforting words when lovers pass on

Our highest ideals cannot be expressed

So best attempts serve only our gossip.

Have not you considered why God never speaks?

Because only in silence is there divinity!
