On Monday, April 14, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Fordham College at Lincoln Center Christina Greer will be hosting a panel at the South Lounge from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. alongside four guest speakers to discuss and analyze New York City’s newly elected Mayor Bill de Blasio and how he has fared in his first 100 days in office.

Greer thinks it will be interesting and important for Fordham students to know and understand the various tasks such as education and things he can not control like blizzards and school closings as a result of consecutive snow days, de Blasio is and will be tackling during his four years as Mayor.

“We got generous funding from both deans from the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center Campuses so hopefully determining on how well the turn out of Fordham students, the University will see the need and interest to keep these conversations going beyond the campaign phases but how governances changes,” Greer said.
