McMahon Meals: Saltine Eggs with Olive Oil

No matter how long it has been since the last grocery run, eggs always seem to be in my fridge. Far from being just a breakfast food, eggs are not only delicious no matter how you prepare them, they are virtually klutz-proof, meaning there is pretty much no way you can mess up. Unless you’re really talented at that sort of thing, in which case…go to the Flame. For the rest of you, here is a super-quick and easy dish I prepare when my fridge is an empty vessel and the only other dinner option is a bowl of ketchup.
